Summary:Within the workplace there are many triggers of behaviors or attitudes that can be classified as negative when evaluating them in a general way, that is why it is important to analyze them at certain times and times; The work climate within an organization should be as fundamental as a schedule of activities, since it will measure the level of satisfaction that employees have with situations developed among employees. Many contributors to this issue feel uncomfortable when dealing with it, because they feel that if they express their points of view they will be badly seen by their superiors or colleagues, which is tied to a set of skills that should allow collaborators to be able to act, think and think as you see fit, this is why I intend to make a proposal where each of these skills is strengthened and this results in a pleasant work environment in which each employee feels comfortable and satisfied inside of the organization, what in the future will be reflected in their good attitudes and behavior.
