El profesional del Derecho debe conocer y apropiarse de esta rama por la vertiginosa irrupción de la disciplina medioambiental en el mundo jurídico, y en procura de su formación integral. Su inclusión en el plan de estudios del Programa es esencial teniendo en cuenta las necesidades académicas de hoy, de tal manera que se fortalezcan en las competencias encaminadas a generación de logros y perseverancia entre otros, que le permitirán desarrollar su profesión de manera ética y competitiva. |
