Description
Summary:The present research work focused on determining the contribution of synchronous and asynchronous technological tools in the strengthening of school coexistence, taking into account the importance that the topic has taken on in recent times and the harmful consequences caused by the problems of coexistence between students and between these and their teachers at school such as: low self-esteem, poor academic performance and attention deficit in students. The research was based on a mixed approach of a descriptive type, with a sample represented in 88 students selected intentionally due to low academic performance and problems of school coexistence. The research showed that 68% of the students who had problems of coexistence, improved their behavior and their academic performance after having applied pedagogical strategies with the use of synchronous and asynchronous tools during their training process in the subjects oriented for this finish. Likewise, it is concluded that in the Educational Institutions of San Andrés there are problems associated with school coexistence and that synchronous and asynchronous technological tools are the alternative for the transformation process, which in turn contributes to the generation of a culture of peace.
