The securitization is constituted in Colombia as a source of long-term financing that enables companies to transform their assets. The process is to build up capital whose purpose is to support the payment of the rights granted to holders of securities issued under this heritage. Achieving coverage of the risks associated with emissions such as the uncertainty of future payments and cash flow.
