Summary:The present work seeks to strengthen the practice of values in students through the development of workshops that promote healthy coexistence and the appropriation of ethical-moral values. Its objective is to design a coexistence route that incorporates pedagogical didactic strategies for eighth grade students of the educational community of the Las Gardenias District Educational Institution and the La Unión District Educational Institution, in the city of Barranquilla, to strengthen the use of values ethical - moral and promote comprehensive, social development and healthy school coexistence. The methodology is of a mixed type with a descriptive-propositional approach, for which the techniques of documentary review, non-participatory observation in spaces within the school and surveys applied to students were used, which allowed the analysis and interpretation of the information that The result was the lack of comprehensive training in values and the little relevance given to these by some environments such as the family and the context in which the students who are part of the sample population develop. From the foregoing, it was concluded that a proposal such as the one implemented in this research is necessary to give relevance to comprehensive education in values where the school has an impact and manages to permeate all areas of the students' context
