Summary: | In Colombia, as in global society, conflict is revealed as an inescapable reality, closely linked to the condition and natural state of the human being. This is why the main objective of this research was to design a Generative Conversation Schools program as a strategy for conflict resolution in 6th grade students at the IED Villas de San Pablo and Escuela Normal Superior la Hacienda de Barranquilla. The methodology adopted was based on the rationalist-deductive approach, carried out under the Mixed paradigm and being descriptive. The study sample included 440 sixth grade secondary school students between the ages of 11 and 14, 16 teachers, 2 principals and 160 parents. The results obtained on the sample's perception of the problem of violence in Institutions led to the design of a strategy that incorporates Generative Conversation Schools to address conflicts, integrating effective communication workshops, conflict resolution sessions and collaborative activities. to foster mutual understanding. It is expected that the subsequent implementation of the proposal will present improvements in the quality of interactions and a decrease in the frequency of conflicts. |
