Description
Summary:Information and Communication Technologies (ICT - TIC) become the starting point of teaching digital skills. Being these skills, an essential requirement to carry out the teaching-learning process of teachers today. However, the basic teachers of the educational institution Rosa Cortina Hernández of Plato (Magdalena), despite having the technological resources, they do not have the necessary training in the use and management of digital skills. In this sense, the present research aims to develop their teaching digital skills. For this purpose, the methodological design of action research was chosen where the basic phases are diagnosis, planning, execution, and evaluation. A Route of Teaching Digital Skills was implemented, made up of nine (9) workshops based on the spiral model “TICTACTEP” (Santos, Carreño y Camargo, 2016). The results show teachers with a positive attitude towards change, able to use their knowledge to solve practical problems, restless in the search for useful and relevant information, having critical and analytical thinking, working in a collaborative team and, knowing how to express themselves and communicate in different situations, while improving their teaching practice.
