Summary: | The present research project introduces the Information and Communication Technologies (Tic) in education, and more specifically the incorporation of interactive WEB tools during the teaching and learning process, brings multiple benefits to students and teachers, among them the dynamization of innovative strategies and the development of competences towards a higher education. The purpose of the research work is to analyze the contribution of interactive Web tools to the learning process in academic secondary education of the Industrial Technical Educational Institution of the Island of San Andrés. With a population of 783 and a sample constituted of 102 students of the academic average (43 of the 10th grade and 59 of the 11th grade). The research was based on a Qualitative - Quantitative research approach (mixed - emerging paradigm, based on the theory of constructivism, connectivism, meaningful learning and mediated learning, the latter emphasizes the convergence between the humanities and computer science during a learning process. it is an innovative didactic strategy that strengthens specific competences and practical skills. The students positively value the use of technology in the learning process, however, they pointed out some flaws in its application due to the teaching methodologies applied or the availability of technological resources. |
