Diseño de un protocolo de coaching efectivo para el desarrollo en habilidades gerenciales

The Following Investigation Had As General Objective The Design Of a True coaching Protocol For The Development in management skills in different Barranquilla‟s metropolitan area Companies, The Market surveys realized is of descriptive, non experimental and transactional rate , this is based in the differents anagement skills by means of the application of instrument survey used for the obtaining of information made by twenty -one questions which eleven were of multiple selection, four of personal knowledge and six of informative character. The measurement variables developed were motivation, communication and teamwork. The results obtained allowed to know the good management that have the managers in the development of management skills and the experiences lived through of real coaching for the development in management skills.
