Summary:The investigation has as objective to analyze the meaning of Correspondence between the fundaments theoretical - normative of integral curriculum proposed for systems engineering of Corporation University Latino Americana and the Strategies that visualized the application in the environment of mediation Interactive – teaching. The principal thematic are the integral formation, through Interactive – teaching and educational quality. from a reference epistemological is contextualized the focus logical rationalist, complementary vision sense – quantitative, that produces a design of descriptive investigation, explanatory, analytical, purposing, to applied to tree populations of units in the program of systems engineering of Corporation University Latino Americana, represented for students, teachers, and personal administrative in management positions. We build through the observation, document review and content analysis; equally the field study through questionnaire and interviews to subjects taking the variables. Between the result highlights the needed to reflect about the Correspondence between the curriculum proposed and the competencies students, Thus it evidenced a dislocation between the normative and the operation in the activities in the classroom; equally it recognize the failures for the conception and Strategies and Actions that strengthen the educational quality in the environment organizational. It concludes in the needed of the college of educational organizations orient their processes in curriculum review, where evidencing the Interactive participation of all actors to define planes of study contextualized and adjusted to needed, expectation and interests of the student community
