| Summary: | The degree work "Standardization and control of product packing time of Energía solar SA company" born of the need observed in the dispatch department of the company for greater organization, standardization and control, packaging processes in Energía Solar SA. In demonstrating that had been some delays in the packing process at the time of loading of the goods onto trucks and containers for shipment, and prolonged use of staff overtime on packaging lines, to respond to these delays. To answer this need, we proceeded to divide and standardize the work, by organizing the operational staff for the tasks of packing, was treated to minimizing excessive movement of products, materials and personnel, using historical data, were established capabilities packing lines and look match this to the capabilities of the production lines, these capabilities were validated by taking time with stopwatch, and design a tool that allows you to schedule daily tasks of each of the lines of packing, meeting the delivery dates specified customer this tool allows similarly, collecting information to analyze and review the performance of each packaging group. Given the needs that may arise in a company, and the multiple variables in the conditions and processes that differ between them, companies must design efficient tools that respond to the uniqueness of their needs and can solve correctly and following the impaired performance, being followed the guidelines and basic theories, work standardization, and continuous improvement. |
