RESPONSABILIDAD SOCIAL EMPRESARIAL DE LAS PYMES COMERCIALES DE ALIMENTOS EN LA CIUDAD DE BARRANQUILLA.

The present research on business special responsibility in small and medium business enterprises in the city of Barranquilla, was done with a qualitative approach, in a descriptive study whose method used is the inductive, the sample chosen is non-probalistic. It has as a result that the small and medium companies object of the study practice corporate social responsibility actions without necessarily knowing that they do it, they have knowledge about corporate social responsibility, but they show uncertainties due to technological, financial costs, human capital in which a business social responsibility program is incurred; proposing a program for small and medium commercial food companies in the city of Barranquilla, proposing a CSR program for small and medium business enterprises in the city of Barranquilla, which goes beyond actions that benefit the employer , that they become actions for both internal and external customers of the organization.
