Consequently, with the foregoing, and considering in turn, that according to the IPS, a problem that afflicts the health sector and generates extra expenses are the additional costs due to the non-attendance of patients to scheduled medical appointments and the constant complaints and disagreements of users in waiting times for appointment scheduling. Thus, SENTECOL S.A. It has been at the forefront by updating itself through an innovation project that allows its clients-affiliates in the health sector to have a digital tool that facilitates assertive communication and information exchange between health care providers and their users during the processes. scheduling, confirmation and monitoring of medical appointments.
