Of all the rights protected by our Civil Code, it is possible to affirm that it is the most complex Real estate one as for the rights that from him stem, not only for the one who is to title, but for third. This work tries to do a general exposition of the Real estate right, presenting its most outstanding and important aspects to facilitate the study of this matter.
