In a conflict of such duration as that has lived in Colombia, the number of victims is often undetermined reason to repair them is often complex, the tenor of international and national rules governing the matter. To this must be added factors such as the expectations of the victims, opposition to certain procedures by interested parties and rules interpretation by the authorities in charge of the process. In Colombia, the situation is extremely complex as there is a single violent actor, but a combination of factors that complicate the situation and makes difficult the identification, recognition and compensation of victims. This work was aimed to study the repair process implemented in Colombia, regarding the issue of reparation and its consistency with rules that serve as general legal framework for the process. While one can say that the State is making efforts to fulfill its constitutional role, the fact remains that the degree of satisfaction is highly variable from one victim to another and full reparation is extremely difficult, given the factors that play important role in the process. Still, the author concludes that it moves and that it is possible to achieve a repair that will constitute a further element in the search for peace in Colombia. |

Still, the author concludes that it moves and that it is possible to achieve a repair that will constitute a further element in the search for peace in Colombia.En un conflicto de tanta duración como el que se ha vivido en Colombia, el número de víctimas suele ser indeterminado, razón por la que la reparación a las mismas suele ser algo complejo, al tenor de las normas internacionales y nacionales que rigen la materia. A ello hay que sumar factores como las expectativas de las víctimas, la oposición a ciertos procedimientos por parte de los interesados y a la interpretación normativa que hacen las autoridades encargadas del proceso. En el caso colombiano, la situación es sumamente compleja ya que no se trata de un solo actor violento, sino de una suma de factores que complejizan la situación y torna difícil la identificación, reconocimiento y reparación de las víctimas. Este trabajo se orientó al estudio del proceso de reparación aplicado en Colombia, en relación con el tema de la reparación y su coherencia con las normas que sirven de marco jurídico general al proceso. Si bien se puede decir que el Estado realiza esfuerzos por cumplir su cometido constitucional, no es menos cierto que el grado de satisfacción es sumamente variable de una víctima a otra y la reparación integral es sumamente difícil, dados los factores que juegan papel importante en el proceso.
