Modelo de comunicación productiva para las organizaciones de salud pública en Venezuela

The article proposes a model of communication productive for the effectiveness of management in organizations of health public in those hospitals categorized type 4 of Venezuela. Epistemologically the approach is rationalist critical, research descriptive, design not experimental cross. The technique of using a structured questionnaire survey was applied to the directors of the hospitals studied.Them results identified weaknesses in the process of feedback, generating barriers in the communication, affecting in the effectiveness of the management in the hospitals. Is concludes, that them elements for ensure the coding violates the reception of the message, favoring flaw in them messages, by the perception selective, overload of information and semantic, causing the lack of communication between them leaders and contributors.
