Summary: | This thesis proposes the development of a "Business Plan for the creation of an interactive guidance tool for the presentation of photovoltaic solar energy projects in Colombia," aimed at facilitating the transition towards renewable energy sources, specifically photovoltaic solar energy, in a context where dependency on fossil fuels remains a significant barrier. In light of global warming and the urgent need to adopt clean energy, the study highlights the lack of an efficient business model to facilitate the implementation of solar projects, particularly in the residential sector and for small and medium-sized enterprises (PYMEs). Through a literature review, the conceptual design of the integration procedure for regulatory requirements, and the development of the business model and financial sustainability, this work presents an innovative solution that leverages artificial intelligence (AI) and collaborative apps to guide and simplify the presentation of solar projects. The analysis includes identifying a strong target market, composed of businesses, government entities, and citizens interested in adopting renewable energy. The study concludes that although Colombia has a solid regulatory framework, continuous efforts are needed to promote the use of clean energy, primarily through the simplification of regulatory processes. It demonstrates that the proposed interactive tool project is commercially viable, with high profitability potential in the medium and long term, supported by the growing demand for solar solutions. Moreover, the proposed model has a strong social responsibility focus, aligning with government objectives and contributing to the reduction of carbon footprints, thus promoting more inclusive and sustainable economic and social development. In summary, this project presents an innovative alternative that can facilitate the widespread adoption of photovoltaic solar energy in Colombia, advancing the transition to a cleaner and more sustainable energy matrix. |
