Summary: | The new global village faces innumerable situations that alter human behavior in its life, and as such in organizations, causing the individual to choose assertively between alternatives, to solve different challenges that must be faced. For this reason, the research seeks to analyze decisionmaking in the TENARIS company in the city of Cartagena de Indias - Department of Bolívar. With a quantitative methodology, descriptive and field type, transectional design, descriptive analysis. For data collection, the survey technique was used through a questionnaire structured by 36 items, with an ordinal scale, validated by 10 experts in the area of human talent, with a reliability of 0.84r, determined through the method of the Cronbach's Alpha, being highly reliable, applied to 15 supervisors belonging to the area of operations of the study population. The results classify as present the decision making in the company TENARIS, being the current situation dimension with the highest value, followed by the models, with flaws in their stages; concluding that individual and group decision-making improves communication and achieving effectiveness in the processes carried out by their collaborators, enabling new ways of interrelation and adaptation to the new dynamics of the environment. |
