Diseño de un prototipo de software como servicio (SAAS) para la gestión administrativa de autolavados en el departamento del Atlántico

This project has been prepared with the purpose of finding the most viable, flexible and economical alternative with which we can contribute to improve the response of the car wash sector where the problem identified has been the scarce administration of resources and supplies and the absence of processes. Systematized administrative procedures that allow the management of information and customer characteristics to use it as a loyalty strategy that allows the business to become sustainable and stabilize its profitability. This is how, through the application of surveys and tools such as Alan Cooper's Buyer person and empathy map, we were able to identify those issues that not only contribute to the problem but are also of interest to our potential clients to diversify their services a bit. Once each one of these topics was analyzed, we were also able to adjust the idea to better nourish the design of the prototype to graph the Software that we want to offer as the alternative solution to the problem found. In response to all these needs, the proposal to Develop a Software as a Service (SaaS) for car wash businesses in the department of Atlántico. This in order to systematize their administrative processes and at the same time allow them better management and administration of resources, as well as implement a customer database that can be used to make decisions that result in innovation of value services. aggregate. With our Cawa Software proposal we aim to strengthen a sector of the economy of the Caribbean coast and thus we propose a model that seeks to make them sustainable in order to achieve stability to those hundreds of workers who depend economically on these businesses supported by the flexibility of platforms technologies that do not require a large investment but that do result in great benefits for investors in the sector.
