Summary: | The implementation of tactical urbanism exercises, successful in cities of developed countries, must be questioned in Latin American city contexts, taking into account that our cities have a different situation, their population grew and will grow more than cities in the rest of the world. (Chávez & Badillo, 2017) This article aims to make a reflection on this issue and support the reasons for this hypothesis. |
