Análisis ideológico y funcional de los partidos políticos en Colombia 2000-2009

Through this research analyzes the ideological and functional reality of the political parties in Colombia in the period 2000 to 2009. Was stained as a base or theoretical reference Duverguer Maurice doctrines, in fact, analyzed the changes prevalent in the corporate structure of these policies, because in recent years have been very significant changes, including among them the Banking Act among others. It was concluded that in Colombia, political parties have become law, that there are now more political parties different from the traditional tenure and that there is a party headed by the name of the people. We conclude that political parties are considered the channels of expression of the concerns and aspirations of public opinion, and because these considered in this way is necessary that political parties are always present in all its actions the ideals / and the opinion of people. That is why the Constitution enshrined in Article 40, the power and duty of every citizen to participate in the establishment, exercise of political power N control.
