Summary:These strategies are mainly based on a learning environment made up of an instructor teacher, who shares the academic material and the apprentices participate by listening and taking notes. Despite this, new technologies have made a difference with the emergence of platforms and tools that allow real-time communication and understanding of the academic subjects of the curricula. On the other hand, SENA has a significant number of students enrolled, with heterogeneous characteristics, which makes it necessary to establish different pedagogical strategies. This study is of mixed type because qualitative and quantitative instruments will be used. The post-conflict processes have led to a situation in which public policies have had to be structured, specifically in the education sector, as CONPES 2015 puts it, with regard to early childhood education, however, in technical and higher education has achieved that those who are in the process of social reintegration, (vulnerable population) can access educational institutions without inconvenience and with benefits to grant such a right
