Summary: | Research underpins the thesis that the family is a multidimensional construct of multiple interrelationships with the other subsystems that energize the social sphere, including the educational field. The family is the starting point for the child to understand the foundation of human life, through a dynamic of reciprocal relationships that contribute to strengthening his personality. From this reference, the study aims to analyze the implications of family integration to the comprehensive training of students in primary basic education; specifically contextualized at the Cerro Blanco Technical Institution, Magdalena, Colombia. The research methodology is empirical-analytical in nature, typical of the quantitative approach, under a descriptive design, which is appropriate to describe phenomena, situations, contexts and events; Also, to obtain the data the survey technique is applied through the questionnaire to parents and students. The sample is made equal to the population in terms of quantity, i.e. the unit of analysis is represented by twenty-eight students with their corresponding parents or aquebs. Etre results highlight that the approximate half of the sample studied (50%), requires strengthening family-schoolcommunity engagement as a mediation strategy for the consolidation of a competency profile that demonstrates the comprehensive training of the Student. It is concluded that family integration into school improves students' self-esteem, strengthens interpersonal emotion management and decision-making. |
