Summary:The construction sector in the city of Barranquilla continues to grow, becoming a boom in construction due to the continuous state of change that the city presents. Many construction companies responsible for different works are stages of execution and others are only in the planning stage of the project. But how to improve those times and reduce costs and make decisions that lead us to the best execution of the work without allocating more resources? In the world there is a system called the last planner "Last Planner" that corresponds to the Learn philosophy where it is a control system that substantially improves the compliance of activities and the correct use of resources from construction projects. Taking into account that the companies that used this system obtained improvements and not only is it an application at the level of civil constructions. And by joining the two concepts Last Planner and E-learning a new concept of how to take advantage of web 2.0 and implement an application that allows to communicate the information in real time of the project online where each member of the team can add information to the platform where you only need to have a device that can connect to the internet and have support for htlm5. Taking advantage of the Tic where it will allow us to improve response times because each staff has an account to access the E-learning platform and the project will be assigned to work, obtaining calculations and decisions taken by the application programmed for E-learning.
