Este estudio analizó la cultura y el aprendizaje organizacional en dos cooperativas agrícolas en el Caribe Colombiano. Metodológicamente posee un enfoque cualitativo con diseño no experimental de campo y una muestra total de 42 participantes Se utilizó la observación participante, la entrevista estructurada y semiestructurada para evaluar las actividades de producción, la estructura organizacional, cualificación del personal, estrategias de comercialización, estilo de liderazgo y comunicación. Los resultados demostraron que las cooperativas carecen de procesos organizacionales, modelos de liderazgo y procesos comunicacionales, reflejados en los altos porcentajes de desmotivación de los trabajadores y en los bajos niveles de competitividad. |
