Summary:This research aims to analyze the impact of school management on educational quality, according to a comparative study of the San Luis and San Vicente campuses of the San Luis Educational Institution in the municipality of Yarumal (Antioquia). The investigation was designed from an observation, description, explanation and prediction. Initially, it was known what the school management of the San Luis Educational Institution of the municipality of Yarumal (Antioquia) was based on with the purpose of describing and analyzing it in terms of the incidence with educational quality, and for a moment freeze it while its details were identified, so that from it pedagogical orientations are suggested that allow a positive change around the subscribed educational institution, as you can see, this study was located within a positivist paradigm, where information can be quantified and qualified.This information was obtained through the application of a survey and interviews with focused on two variables: school management, educational quality and its components immersed in it.The results showed that the details focus on the training deficit that managers provide to their teachers in charge, that student conflict resolution processes require urgent review to make them functional and resources are insufficient to improve the educational quality of the mentioned institution and others .In conclusion, it is necessary to reformulate some guidelines or institutional policies to improve the levels of educational quality.
