Evaluación de los factores de organización, administración y gestión y recursos financieros en el INFOTEP, según lineamiento de acreditación institucional del consejo nacional de acreditación del ministerio de educación nacional.

This paper intends to assess the construction of the Organization, Administration and Management and Financial Resources factors in the National Institute of Professional Technical Training of San Andrés, according to the Institutional accreditation guidelines of the National Accreditation Council, of the Ministerio de Educacion Nacional; in order to identify its status and generate an improvement plan that impacts the administrative and financial management, with quality processes. In this evaluation, workshops were carried out - diagnosis, assessment and evaluation of the factors studied in the renewal of qualified records. It is clear that the greatest difficulty is the measurement of results, to apply continuous improvement in organizational and financial processes. The study contributes to the Institute of Higher Education in the construction and possibility of quality indicators in the national scope
