For large organizations, managing business continuity takes place all the time, by one person or a small team (according to the size of the business). But for the vast majority of companies, this function will probably be the responsibility of a person to do this work in addition to their daily duties, or some do not even have contemplated a business continuity plan, due to lack of training and simple information detailed and illustrating the phases, tasks and activities to make a continuity plan lightly.
