Administración estratégica en las pequeñas y medianas empresas diseñadoras y comercializadoras de mobiliario de la ciudad de Barranquilla.

The importance of Pyme in the socio-economic development of the city is based on the objective of describing the process of strategic administration in the small and medium-sized companies that design and market furniture in the city of Barranquilla, through a methodological design based on a Type of descriptive research with a non-experimental field design. For which surveys were applied to the managers of these organizations, with the purpose of processing the data obtained using descriptive statistics techniques. The results showed that in this type of organization there are problems in the implementation stage, as well as in the evaluation and control stage, since its strategic actions are not deployed through tactical and operational plans. Consequently, top management must work constantly in the consolidation of a strategic culture, where the members of the organization are guided by an organizational strategy clearly defined and communicated with all the members of the company. In addition, these companies need to use control tools, which help to implement and evaluate the strategy to maximize the learning and the potential that is generated in these organizations.
