Traditional banking presents a great challenge with Financial Technology (Fintech) and the transformation of financial services. This is perceived as a significant disruption in the economy with the advent of these new business models. It is a relatively new topic that is becoming more important every day and which still presents many research topics, so a review of the sub areas is built. Therefore, the objective of this article is to show the evolution of the sub-areas of Fintech through a bibliometric review that presents the perspectives of this topic of study at present. For this purpose, a network analysis was carried out, supported by scientometric techniques, using the Web Tree of Science tool from a consultation in Scopus. The most important documents were classified and an analysis of the citations was carried out.
