To analyze the content of the laws of reforms and flexibilización labor parallel to the process of economic opening, to determine the incident of one and other one in the eslaboralización or deregulation of the contract of work in Colombia. The scopes of the Laws explain 50 of 1990 and 789 of 2002, known as reform and flexibilización labor of the relations working-managerial. To demonstrate that so much the laws indexed as the process aperturista of the economy, finished with the rights acquired by the workers from the change of the form of labor contracting and the liquidation of the social presentations

El diseño metodológico del presente estudio se inscribe dentro de un tipo de investigación descriptiva, por cuanto inicialmente analizo el sustento normativo de las leyes de reforma y flexibilización laboral y las generalidades del proceso de apertura económica. Analizar el contenido de las leyes de reformas y flexibilización laboral paralelo al proceso de apertura económica, para determinar la incidencia de una y otra en la deslaboralización o desregulación del contrato de trabajo en Colombia. Explicar los alcances de las Leyes 50 de 1990 y 789 de 2002, conocidas como reforma y flexibilización laboral de las relaciones obrero-empresarial. Demostrar que tanto las leyes referenciadas como el proceso aperturista de la economía, acabaron con los derechos adquiridos por los trabajadores a partir del cambio de la forma de contratación laboral y la liquidación de las prestaciones sociales.This paper analyzes the phenomenon of labor flexibility applied to Colombian law, based on the transformation that has taken the concept of work and labor relations in contemporary society, which has implemented a neoliberal economic model to - wards a globalized market, so you should make changes to the labor laws slowing rights workers to allow development of the private sector and improve conditions for them to be more productive and they can be more competitive in the interna - tional arena.
