Summary: | Scholars and critics of the relations between employers and workers in Colombia, from the legal field, on the one hand, and state economic policies, from the social point of view, moreover, found in this investigation, analysis of the consequences arising from the internationalization of the economy, presumably to generate employment, with respect to forms of employmentrelationship, which have their basis in legal rules are relaxed for those, andone to the other, finally deslaboralizan deregulate or employment contract. The methodological design of the present study registers inside a type of descriptive investigation, since initially I analyze the normative sustenance of the laws of reform and flexibilización labor and the generalities of the process of economic opening. To analyze the content of the laws of reforms and flexibilización labor parallel to the process of economic opening, to determine the incident of one and other one in the eslaboralización or deregulation of the contract of work in Colombia. The scopes of the Laws explain 50 of 1990 and 789 of 2002, known as reform and flexibilización labor of the relations working-managerial.
