Vulneración del derecho fundamental a la vivienda digna en el corregimiento los péndales, Luruáco

The right to decent housing is enshrined in article 51 of the Political Charter. The recognition of the right to decent housing as a fundamental right has been progressive, and its study is interesting as it contains a social component, and its direct link with the principle of human dignity makes it even more important. In Colombia, various programs have been developed by the National Government, strategies for the development of this right, which is currently still being debated due to its frequent violation. This research entitled "Violation of the Fundamental Right to decent housing in the District of Los Péndales, Luruáco" seeks to analyze the violation of this right in that population, being contrasted with the strategies and public policies created by the National Government. Figures obtained from DANE show the worrying situation of housing deficit at the national level, which with certainty has also affected the population under study.
