Summary:The purpose of this research is to analyze how the activities for monitoring and control purposes through the Inspection and Surveillance area of the Ministry of municipal education, to the use and application of school coexistence manuals, becomes a strategy for strengthening of the school coexistence, since a correct application to the coexistence manual according to current regulations, guarantees not only the rights and obligations of the educational community, but also guarantees a harmonious and peaceful coexistence in the Educational Institution, respecting at all times due process, which will result in the educational quality of the institution. The number of complaints filed in the Ministry of education and the cases of conflicts attended by the quality area were analyzed, therefore, students of grade 8 and teachers of the afternoon session were taken as the target population of the Educational Institution San Antonio de Padua of the Municipality of Soledad, to whom the survey was applied as a measuring instrument, on the knowledge and use of the school coexistence manual, the study was carried out under a Non Experimental-Transversal-Descriptive paradigm, within a mixed approach. This study allows us to propose a new strategy based on administrative work aimed at strengthening School Coexistence.
