Summary:This paper aims to make a plan for the creation of a temporary employment agency, job placement for undergraduate students in seventh to tenth semester of the Faculty of Economics of the University Corporation of Costa CUC. Which aims, advertise to students and graduates of this institution in implementing generic skills workshops, viewing the labor market and prepare them to face. Temporary service companies originated in Colombia and growth of the need for these kinds of services in labor and therefore its legal regulation has occurred after the emergence of the activity, without achieving sometimes know how as they operate, which has caused confusion regulations, obtaining regulatory progress with the issue of Act 50 of 1990 and its implementing regulations in which it defines its legal nature, and cataloged as the company that hires the provision service to third party beneficiaries. These companies are essentially generating jobs, but must be distinguished from that labor brokers are those persons or corporations without charge employers to hire workers on behalf of employers or workers involved with a company in the provision of a particular service, or offer workers an employer for such request as is the case of job boards.
