Summary:In the present study grade was raised the following overall goal, to generate a proposal for the construction of a Social Balance for the Society School Karl C. Parrish in the city of Barranquilla, likewise it has specific objectives: to describe, analyze and inform the internal and external social corporate management that has taken place in this educational institution during 2009 and suggest a suitable model for the Social Balance for the Society School Karl C. Parrish. The present research is descriptive-cross as it seeks to provide organized information to generate ideas, inputs and data from new perspectives to expand and contribute to the construction of a Social Balance. In the development of this research after reviewing different models of social balance found, it was possible to suggest an appropriate social balance for the Society School Karl C. Parrish in the city of Barranquilla, designed by ANDI, OIT and CJI, in the same way it did take a big step for the construction of this tool the development of the social report, describing, analyzing, and informing, the social internal and external report management that has been carried out in this educational institution during 2009, showing a huge internal and external social commitment, it means valuing the human potential of its members and the development of the community. It was recommended to this institution accomplish the requirements and methodologies to complete the development of the social balance
