Summary:Collaborative Work is the medium that makes people or subjects seek to share knowledge. At the same time, since there is no definition of leadership, each member of the team will define their own role, highlighting one or more people, therefore the theme of collaborative work through ICT is given for this research, as a strategist of teaching Mathematics with Basic Teachers of the Santa Teresa de Jesús educational Institution and Mitsilou Campbell of the Bank cupcake from this perspective to achieve the purposes of the research, researchers use a methodological process that took positions that were according to the surrounding reality, therefore a qualitative approach is given, in which recent years it has become important to address the research due to its flexibility and the importance it attributes to the reality that studies and the researcher who executes it since it is part of it active of the same, its paradigm is was the social critic, since part of the needs and interests of a focus group of study. The design is based on action participation research which proposes the rigorous application of scientific methods based on the real diagnosis of the community, its research, objectives and its methods, including the partial participation of the community, either to collect and / or compare research data or establish strategies to follow, and thus be able to understand from the collaborative work, through ICT its impact on the processes of teaching learning mathematics with the teachers of primary basic of the Instituciones Educativa Departamental Santa Teresa de Jesús y Mitsilou Campbell de El Banco Magdalena.
