Summary:This research is responsible for explaining the legal guarantees that women have against mobbing, workplace harassment or moral harassment at work in the Colombian legal system, identifying the characteristics and psychological consequences of this, due to the increase in large proportion, affecting the psychological and physical health of the female gender. It is a documentary and systematic bibliographic review, qualitative and quantitative since an instrument is used to measure the most severe psychological consequences that this problem presents to later reach the conclusion that the index of psychological consequences in women who suffer from workplace harassment, mobbing or moral harassment at work are severe and, on the other hand, there is no effective guarantee in Colombia to regulate, prevent and eradicate harassment.
