Summary:	Profitability has always been a fundamental part for the maintenance of the companies, throughout history its optimization has been sought by different methods, but always maintaining its essence which is to obtain a profit that is considered "fair" (in quotation marks because it is something subjective taking into account the different perceptions of the people or companies involved). In the development of the research a longitudinal design and quantitative research will be implemented; the first is because the variables and their relationships will be measured more than once through time and the second corresponds to the exact measurements on clearly defined objectives and their comparisons. It will always be recommended to follow instructions that derive from the analysis and processing of the information collected, understanding these data as the best tools for the translation of the reality of what happens in the company and support in taking the right actions in search of a sustainable benefit.
