Summary:The interdisciplinary is an effective tool to achieve a better learning; it give new didactic strategies to the teacher services the teaching and learning process , it focuses in the interaction between two or more subjects , the physical education and the natural science keep a relation in the contends in this two subject learning , making it necessary to know how interdisciplinary between them improve the learning in children of third grade, for that effect the quasi-experimental method was used, this being a qualitative-quantities research type , taking for the study, a control group with which interdisciplinary classes and a contrast group, which worked under the normal scheme developed their institution, applying a conceptual evaluation , psychomotor and socio affective , This allowed us to conclude that the interdisciplinary methodology has effective regarding the acquisition of basic concepts in the disciplines of physics and natural science education above average point and turn the connection model proposed by Fogarty, applied between the physical education and the natural sciences allows conceptually meaningful learning, psychomotor and affective partner of these disciplines.
