Summary: | The objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between strategic thinking and continuous improvement in SMEs of the Chemical Products Subsector of the Atlántico Department. It was formulated as a research question. What is the relationship between strategic thinking and continuous improvement in SMEs of the Chemical Products Sub-Department of the Department of Atlántico? Correlational descriptive study, transactional, with descriptive and correlational statistical analysis, result of the application of a questionnaire to 7 SMEs registered in the Atlantic Department belonging to this sub-sector. The study concludes that strategic thinking in the leaders of the organization is characterized by five main elements: a) concern for quality; b) flexibility in the activities of the company; c) socialization of information for decision making; d) participation and contribution in the achievement of the objectives |
