Summary: | Stress is one of the issues that has attracted the most attention in recent years, especially in the workplace, as it is considered a trigger that can lead to suicide, as a result of the concentration of productive load in organizations (Toro, 2019). Therefore, this work is based on establishing the relationship between resilience and work stress, taking as a reference the context of the instructors of the National Learning Service located in Sabanalarga-Atlántico. For this, a quantitative methodology was proposed; Data collection was done through the work stress instruments of the WHO and ILO (2004), together with the Resilience scale of Connor & Davidson (2003). For the development of the work, a methodological route was proposed in accordance with the correlational scope, based on a non-experimental design. For this study, 40 instructors from the Sabanalarga sectional National Learning Service participated. After reviewing the data from the instruments, it was determined that there is no correlation between the factors of resilience and related work stress in the context. It is suggested to broaden the scope and consider the inclusion of other factors, including expanding the sample in order to have better levels of relationship. |
