La investigación estuvo sustentada en Alles (2008), Cortina (2007), Martinelli (2004). La metodología fue descriptiva, diseño no experimental transversal, la población estudiada estuvo conformada por (35) sujetos. Se aplicó una encuesta con 40 ítemes, con aplicación de la escala de Likert para su interpretación.
