Description
Summary:The purpose of the research is to characterize the learning styles of beginning university students with virtual modality, describing the preponderance of each of the styles proposed by Felder and Silverman in 1988. In methodological terms, it is a mixed study of exploratory-descriptive character in which 5951 students participated, attached to academic programs oriented from virtuality. The main results highlight the predominance in the students of learning styles oriented to the active, reflexive and visual. The conclusion is that it is pertinent to identify actions that meet the needs of students in such a way that they feel motivated and strengthen their sense of institutional belonging, in such a way that they appropriate the didactics of virtual mediation and improve their academic performance
