Summary:The objective of the research is to analyze the teaching praxis of the Radiology program of CORSALUD, in 2018, in which the didactic components are identified, the quality of the relationship between teachers and students, the institutional aspects that influence the teaching praxis, and improvement actions are formulated in this regard. The research is based on the socio - critical paradigm, with an approach to the problem of mixed - cut study; the type of research is analytical; the theoretical approach is carried out through the technique of bibliographic review and in the field work are included techniques such as observation, focus groups and, the survey; Information collection instruments are used, such as the observation form, the survey format, and the recordings, which gives a diagnosis of the praxis of 18 teachers, who make up 100% of the selected population. From the analysis of results it is concluded that in the teachers there is appropriation of disciplinary knowledge; however, the applied teaching and assessment methods correspond to the traditional model; respect and cordiality are present in interpersonal relationships; However, the unilateral transmission of information hinders the active participation of students; consequently, it is necessary to activate a contingency plan that impacts the resources and processes related to physical infrastructure, networks, and pedagogical training and human development programs.
