Este trabajo presenta los hallazgos encontrados mediante el empleo de EPC como herramienta de seguridad y control al robo, comprobado por medio de una prueba piloto desarrollada durante un período de cuatro meses en un punto de venta en Colombia.

However, its potential impact as a security tool has not been addressed by companies. This paper shows the findings after EPC was implemented as an anti-theft security system and control tool.
