Description
Summary:As the years have passed, it has been evidenced how environmental problems have been increasing in parallel with the activities that man performs daily and with it the deterioration of natural resources and the quality of life on our planet. However, it was fortunate that the large entities did not ignore everything that was previously mentioned, but that it was a starting point to search for possible solutions and thereby minimize these problems; the UN, the Swedish government and environmental groups generated environmental movements for the defense of the planet. After these entities joined forces, the issue of environment and sustainable development was then included in the Stockholm agenda in the year 1972 in which felt the need to implement educational programs related to the environment in all countries.
