Summary:This project arises from the need to save time and costs in civil works by improving productivity in order to be more competitive. Today the incursion of technological tools to improve business performance is a significant advantage. The implementation of the Time Lapse method is intended to simulate work scenarios from the recordings obtained with the implementation of this tool, in order to determine the optimum time from a work distribution thrown by simulations made by the Arena Software. With the acquired results, the corrective and preventive actions necessary for the distribution of the personnel in work and the efficiency of this one are implemented, which makes the work more productivity, because it saves time and costs. This is very useful because the procedure performed can be studied to create a plan of action through which strategies are created. Everything starts from the assembly of the equipment on site, with which a diagnosis is made of the procedures to be analyzed by the method, previously it is made a record of the current state of the work and of the conditions, then it is recorded during all the activity, We proceed to the analysis of the video will take the recorded times and the distribution of the work crew for the activity to subsequently carry out a study to identify which are the critical variables affect the productivity in the work.
