On the other hand, to sit the bases so that our investigation serves like starting point to future investigations that are realized with regard to the same topic. Also, in the development of this work investigativo we compare the wise move and implicit mistakes in the reform, which were implemented by the intention of improving I process them judicial and descongestionar the courts. Others of the important aspects of this reform are the notifications, which are of big utility to achieve the efficacy and agility of the Colombian justice. We consider a wise move of the law 794 of 2003, suppressing the conciliation hearing in the executive processes.

We consider a wise move of the law 794 of 2003, suppressing the conciliation hearing in the executive processes.El motivo fundamental por el cual ejecutamos este trabajo de investigación, es el de realizar un análisis comparativo al contenido de la reforma en materia procedimental. Por otra parte, sentar las bases para que nuestra investigación sirva como punto de partida a futuras investigaciones que se realicen respecto a este mismo tema. Además, en el desarrollo de este trabajo investigativo comparamos los acierto y desaciertos implicitos en la reforma, los cuales se implementaron con el propósito de agilizar los proceso judiciales y descongestionar los juzgados. Otros de los aspectos importantes de esta reforma son las notificaciones, que son de gran utilidad para lograr la eficacia y agilidad de la justicia colombiana.
