Sistema de gestión e información del Consultorio Jurídico Extensión Villavicencio SIGIC-JEV

The management and legal information system-SIGIC-JEV, I present to you as a product of technological development and innovation and thesis work, which will implement the knowledge acquired in the academic program, as a result of systematization processes, knowledge generation and improvement in the current processes of which makes use of the University of the Coast, in this particular case the Legal Clinic extension Villavicencio. This management system will allow the information obtained by the legal office to be timely and reliable in response to internal and external requests, ensuring a continuous, accurate, effective and relevant information thread, thus the management and information system of the legal office Villavicencio extension SIGIC-JEV will not only support the information but will ensure the organization of processes and procedures that the legal office Villavicencio extension currently has, through this system will implement speed, timeliness and controlled document management
